Megan Gunn & The Pistoleros

Straight out of Peru and armed with six strings, Eric brings an international arsenal of musical firepower to Megan Gunn & The Pistoleros. His mission? Simple. Melt faces, rip solos, and make the guitar do things it probably wasn’t designed to do.

Eric’s musical journey began at just five years old when he received a miniature electric guitar for his birthday. With his father fueling his passion, Eric quickly developed an obsession with the instrument. His first guitar lick? Santana’s legendary “Europa.” Not exactly beginner territory.

From hard rock and heavy metal to blues, jazz, classical, and country, Eric has spent his life mastering an impressive musical arsenal. Influenced by Pink Floyd, Gary Moore, and Van Halen, his playing blends soulful phrasing, technical precision, and unapologetic rock ’n’ roll attitude.

His talent has taken him from a featured appearance on Peru’s Got Talent to stages across the United States, performing with numerous bands from coast to coast.

As the lead guitarist for Megan Gunn & The Pistoleros, Eric thrives on the band’s chemistry, creative medleys, and shared passion for pushing musical boundaries. Whether he’s delivering a soulful melody or unleashing a face-melting solo, Eric brings international firepower to every performance.

From Santana to Van Halen, classical to country, the Peruvian Pistolero is locked, loaded, and ready to let the six-string do the talking.
